Today's blog is about God's Love. We're coming up to Valentine's Day and love is all in the air. But what about us single ladies who have no significant other and spending the day by ourselves? Who's love do we have? Well, I'll tell you, we have God's Love. I know it sounds pretty cliche but it's true. We have God's Love and that's the best love of all. I never knew how great God's Love was until last year. I went through a break up and thought I lost my everything. I was hurting, depressed, stressed, and even suicidal. The entire time God was trying to get my attention and love all up on me, but I wasn't focused on that. I was all about "ME, ME, ME" and "why are you taking me through this, God." One day it clicked and I finally decided that okay "God, I surrender and it's just me and you! Do what you need and want to do with me? Happy New Year Lovelies! It's 2018 and I'm sure all of us are filled with excitement and ready to take on this new year with everything in us. We all have so many goals, dreams and plans we want to accomplish in our set timing, but are we prepared if God shakes it all up? How's your faith? I ask that because we can have all these plans, the set dates when things need to be finished and God can step in and change everything. I believe in this season/year, faith needs to be at an all time high in all of us. The fresh visions we possess are most likely from God. If He has given them to us we have to have faith He'll manifest them. And not just manifest them, but they be manifested in His timing. We have to put our timing to death and trust God's timing. Sometimes waiting on God's timing can become difficult. We get impatient, begin to doubt, and at times try and take matters into our own hands. But He is preparing us for the promise. Jesus says, " ......

" Lift Up Your Head Queen, If Not The Crown Falls." In all my years, I never knew life could be so strenuous until this year. I finally felt depression, stress, and suicide on a real level. I was at least depressed for 4 months straight. And the main reason for that was because I wasn't fully letting go of what I needed to, I didn't fully surrender to God, and I wasn't noticing who I was in Christ. God will really disrupt our lives to set us back on the right path. You may be wondering why are you going through this and that. You're really wanting to throw in the towel. But I'm here to tell you, "NO, DON'T DO IT!" There's more to life, you just have to trust the process. You can't let your crown fall just because there's a little " earthquake" in your life. I understand that the pain may be unbearable but just know God will not put more on you than you can bear. Life is filled with ups and downs but we as daughters...

So you  may be wondering what is Lovely Inspirations and it's purpose. Well I'm here to tell you. Let me give you a little background about me and what God has been doing in and through my life. This year has been the toughest year of my life. But two years prior to 2017, I was in relationship after relationship. Last year around May, I thought I was in the last relationship of my life and was looking to marry the guy I was dating. He was everything I could have asked God for and more. Well, long story short God separated us and we are no longer together. After our break up, I thought I had lost my everything and I was completely devastated. I began to be depressed and it got so bad to where I wanted to take my life. I was done with life. I questioned God and asked, "Why would you take him away from me?"
